2 Nights Central Kalahari Game Reserve

  • We picked up the family from the Island Safari lodge in Maun, we then drove to Central Kalahari Game Reserve a 10 hour long drive. We had lunch on our way and also we spotted a number of animals – springboks, giraffe, gemsbok, ostrich, jackal and a number of different bird species such as dark chanting goshawks and pale chanting goshawks.
  • We spotted a cheetah during the morning game drive. Cheetahs are one of the highly endangered species and very rare to come across, seeing a cheetah was one of the highlights of our trip, we also came across different species of wildlife and birds. We spent the night under the African stars on semi luxury Tents. These tents are spacious and they can accommodate 3 people per tent.

1 Night Maun:

  • An easy drive to Maun with lunch along the way we spotted a lot of Springbok and general wildlife on our way out. We arrived in Maun in the evening and spent the night at Island Safari Lodge.

5 Nights Moremi Game Reserve ( 3 nights Second Bridge Boga Camp Site near 3rd Bridge) (2 Nights Khwai north gate) :

  • We left Maun at 8 in the morning for Moremi Game Reserve along the way we saw a lot of elephants, hyenas, lions and other game we also had our lunch on the way. Arrived in the campsite at 6pm where we had dinner and rested for the night.
  • We started off for a game drive in the morning where we spotted wild dogs, elephants, hippos, giraffes, wildebeest, Tsetsebi, hyenas and jackals
  • We went back to the camp for lunch, after a 2 hour break we resumed our afternoon game drive where we spotted a leopard a lot of other animals and birds that we had seen in the morning after the game drive we drove back to the campsite for dinner which was served around 1930hours.
  • We started our game drive at 0630 hours after a hot cup of tea/coffee- this day we were searching for wild-dogs that is the reason why we started early. We found a pack of 19 wild dogs and we followed them for more than an hour. We saw them chasing wildebeest which ran into wildlife and national park houses for its safety. The wild dogs gave up the hunt as the wildebeest could not abandon its safe haven. We drove back to the camp for brunch bunch and saw hyenas that had killed a warthog. In the afternoon we had another game drive and spotted different game. We had dinner in the campsite and rested for the night.
  • On this day we travelled to Khwai north gate- we saw another pack of wild dogs which chased a warthog but didn’t make a kill, leopard, buffalos and elephants. We arrived in the evening were we had dinner.
  • We started our game drive at 8 in the morning after having a full breakfast. This was an action packed day we saw lions feeding on a buffalo, spotted a leopard which had killed a warthog, elephants were crossing the river Khwai- it was a marvellous site to witness the baby elephants crossing the river. Lunch break was done in the campsite then we drove again in the afternoon were we saw, red letchwe, zebras, hippos, wildebeest, a beautiful family of elephants drinking water. Today we went to the campsite early for a beautiful sunset in the campsite.

2 Nights Savuti (Chobe National Park)

  • We started off at 8 in the morning and on our way out we saw a leopard, elephants, a lot of zebras, a large heard of buffaloes in Mababe depression, giraffes and a lion. We stopped for lunch around 1400hrs then continued our drive and saw lioness hunting then we also saw a male lion and a lot of elephants. We reached the camp around 1830 were we had dinner and rested for the night, we had a visit from honey badgers and hyenas in the campsite at night.
  • We drove out and watched 2 lionesses hunting a wildebeest which was an unsuccessful hunt, we proceeded with our game drive and found 2 male cheetahs which had just eaten we spent about an hour with them as our guests were marvelling at these rare animals.

Nights Chobe River front

  • A morning drive starting a bit late to accommodate the young ones. We saw a lot of general game like elephants, buffalos, hippos, impalas and a lot of bird species such as saddle billed stock, pelicans, spur fowls, Egyptian geese – we took a break and went back to the campsite.
  • After lunch we went for a sunset cruise –We saw a large number elephants crossing the Chobe river. The four countries Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Namibia meet at Chobe river creating a rare phenomenon in the world. We saw crocodiles, hippos, giraffes coming to drink, puku antelopes which are rare in Botswana and capping it off with a beautiful sunset.
  • This was our last day and we started our game drive at 8 in the morning, the grand finale was spectacular as we enjoyed game viewing then our guests proceeded to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe.

  • Any drinks at Lodges or Accommodation other than Wild Africa Safaris Tents
  • Once dates and space are confirmed a 50% deposit non-refundable is required.
  • Final payment: Due 60 days prior to departure
  • Should the deposit / pre-payment not be received within the time frame specified, Wild Africa Safaris reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
  • Wild Africa Safaris reserves the right to amend the rates accordingly, should the Government increase the Parks Fees during the duration of agreement. These types of increases are beyond our control, however, guest / guests will be advised.


  • Up to 91 days prior to departure 20% of completed booking cost.
  • 90 - 61 days prior to departure 30% of completed booking cost.
  • 60 - 46 days prior to departure 50% of completed booking cost.
  • 30 to 0 day prior to departure 100 % of completed booking cost.

All cancellation must be reserved in writing. Cancellations received between the date of booking and 90 days’ prior of arrival will result in the loss of the deposit.

Cancellations received 89-31 prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 50% of the tour price. All other cancellations fees are subject to the cancellation policy of the various hotels and ground operations used and are available upon application. The purchase of special event tickets is subject to the refund policy of each individual event. Please refer to the specific event policy for details. We reserve the right to charge for financial penalties, fees and losses incurred as a result of cancellation.


Refunds are not made for any missed services except for verifiable circumstances. For verifiable claims to be considered, they must be received in writing within 30 days of the termination of the program. Any adjustment considered will be based on the actual price of the services involved and not on a per diem basis. Adjustments will not be made for unused sight-seeing trips or meals. Wild Africa Safaris will not accept any liability for any claims that are not received within 30 days of the termination of your program. All claims for days missed while travelling should be made in writing within 30 days of the program.

Limits on Wild Africa Safaris RESPONSIBILITY. His employees, shareholders, offices, director’s successors, agents and assigns, does not own or operate with any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip with the exception of a limited number of vehicles. Hotels and other lodging accommodations, restaurant, ground handling and other services from various independent suppliers. All such persons and entity are independent contrators. As a result, Wild Africa Safaris is not liable for any negligent or wilful act of any such person or entity or of any third person.

In addition, and without limitation Wild Africa Safaris is not responsible for any injury, financial or physical loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection to the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labour activities. Criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of services, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation or for failure of any transport mechanism to arrive or depart on time.

They are many inherent risks in adventure travel of the type involved here, which can lead to illness, injury or any death. These risks are increased by the fact that these trips take place in remote areas or locations, far from medical facilities. Passengers assumes all such risks associated with participating in this trip.

Transfers are provided on arrival and departure from airstrips to lodge/ Campsite and only where specified in the itinerary.


Accommodation and arranged sight-seeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond Wild Africa Safaris control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued. Wild Africa Safaris also reserves the right to withdraw a tour or any part of it, to make such alterations to the itinerary or the tour inclusions as it deems necessary or desirable and to pass on to tour members any expenditures or losses caused by delays or events beyond its control. In case of any appreciable variation in the tour the price due to this circumstances, Wild Africa Safaris reserves the right to make adjustments to the tour costs as necessary.


Specific requests should be advised at time of booking. Please note that every effort will be made to secure special requests, however they cannot be guaranteed. Certain special requests may require up-front payments.


Transportation will be as specified in the itinerary.


Baggage and personal effects are the owners risk throughout the tour and Wild Africa Safaris assumes no liability for loss or damage baggage insurance is strongly advised.


The full price includes planning, handling and operational charges and is quoted based on the current rates of exchange and tariffs. Park entrance fees as part of scheduled sight-seeing tours are also included in this price.


Wild Africa Safaris reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any program or part thereof and to use them for promotional purposes. By booking a program with Wild Africa Safaris, travellers agree to allow their images to be used in such photographs. Travellers who prefer that their images not to be used are asked to identify themselves to Wild Africa Safaris and they will be exempted from this photography waiver clause.


Please ensure that you consult your personal physician about anti-malaria precautions and other inoculations and vaccinations before travel. Where applicable, please ensure to do that well in time.
