This safari can be customized to any type:  Semi Authentic & Authentic Tented Camping Safari

Day 1: Fly from Johannesburg Or Tambo International Airport direct to Kasane International Airport with South African Airways arriving in Kasane around 1325 hours and then take you into town for your boat cruise for about 3 hours and after that we then drive into the Chobe National Park and that will be a bit of drive depending on where the campsite will be arriving around sunset time for your camp orientation followed by the warm services from the backup staff including chef, waiter plus camp assistants.

Day 2: We will be travelling to Victoria Falls for Full Day trip after having our early morning breakfast and the drive will be about 2 hours from the national park including customs.
Lunch will be served in Victoria Falls and lunch time will be determined by the activities you want to do in Zimbabwe. We will then depart from Zimbabwe back to Botswana around 1530 hours so that we can be in our campsite in time and that will be the end of our day. You can buy your at the border.

Day 3: We drive to Savuti.
Our drive to Savuti will be conducted as morning game drive. We will travel about 142 kilometres to the campsite which is full day drive. Savuti is in Chobe National Park which is 10,878 square kilometres large The Savuti Marsh is the relic of a large inland lake whose water supply was cut a long time ago by tectonic movements.
On the travelling day we will have picnic lunch en route. We will be in the campsite in the evening around sunset.

Day 4: On the full day of our stay in Savuti we will do morning and afternoon game drive starting early in the morning after breakfast till 11:30 hours and 15:00 hours for the afternoon game drive till sunset.

Day 5: Drive to Khwai Okavango Delta
Will leave early for Khwai which will be resuming around 0600 hours after breakfast and this will be a full day drive so that we can give the backup team time to go and set the camp. Lunch will be served en-route.

Day 6: On our full day in Okavango Delta we will start early in the morning after breakfast and will drive to the Dug Out Canoeing Station for the water experience which will last for about an hour and that will another great adventure. After the water activity we then head back to our campsite for lunch which will be also part of the game drive. Afternoon game drive will be around 1500 hours till sunset.

Day 7: We drive to Maun after our breakfast as part of our game drive arriving in Maun around 1300 hours.

Day 8: Early morning breakfast and head to Tsodilo Hills to meet the San people and the hills and that will be a full day, lunch will served en-route

Day 9: Early morning breakfast and we drive to the village to meet the San people and we will take our time with them and after that we will visit the hills. Lunch will be served in camp

Day 10: : Early morning breakfast and then drive back to Maun to arrive around 1600 hours and lunch will serve en-route.

Day 11: We wake early and have morning breakfast and drive to Makgadikgadi Pans/Nxai Pans for 2 nights about full day’ drive, lunch served en-route and we will arrive around sunset.
Day 12: Wake up early for breakfast and go out for a morning game drive which will last for about 4 hours depending on the sightings and come back for lunch in camp around 1200 hours followed by the siesta time and also do our last afternoon session which will last till sunset and come back for dinner which will be served till late hours with our great team.

Day 13: Early morning wake up for breakfast and get ready for our drive back to Maun arriving around 1200 hours for the flight.

End of the trip.

  • Once dates and space are confirmed a 50% deposit non-refundable is required.
  • Final payment: Due 60 days prior to departure
  • Should the deposit / pre-payment not be received within the time frame specified, Wild Africa Safaris reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
  • Wild Africa Safaris reserves the right to amend the rates accordingly, should the Government increase the Parks Fees during the duration of agreement. These types of increases are beyond our control, however, guest / guests will be advised.


  • Up to 91 days prior to departure 20% of completed booking cost.
  • 90 - 61 days prior to departure 30% of completed booking cost.
  • 60 - 46 days prior to departure 50% of completed booking cost.
  • 30 to 0 day prior to departure 100 % of completed booking cost.

All cancellation must be reserved in writing. Cancellations received between the date of booking and 90 days’ prior of arrival will result in the loss of the deposit.

Cancellations received 89-31 prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 50% of the tour price. All other cancellations fees are subject to the cancellation policy of the various hotels and ground operations used and are available upon application. The purchase of special event tickets is subject to the refund policy of each individual event. Please refer to the specific event policy for details. We reserve the right to charge for financial penalties, fees and losses incurred as a result of cancellation.


Refunds are not made for any missed services except for verifiable circumstances. For verifiable claims to be considered, they must be received in writing within 30 days of the termination of the program. Any adjustment considered will be based on the actual price of the services involved and not on a per diem basis. Adjustments will not be made for unused sight-seeing trips or meals. Wild Africa Safaris will not accept any liability for any claims that are not received within 30 days of the termination of your program. All claims for days missed while travelling should be made in writing within 30 days of the program.

Limits on Wild Africa Safaris RESPONSIBILITY. His employees, shareholders, offices, director’s successors, agents and assigns, does not own or operate with any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip with the exception of a limited number of vehicles. Hotels and other lodging accommodations, restaurant, ground handling and other services from various independent suppliers. All such persons and entity are independent contrators. As a result, Wild Africa Safaris is not liable for any negligent or wilful act of any such person or entity or of any third person.

In addition, and without limitation Wild Africa Safaris is not responsible for any injury, financial or physical loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection to the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labour activities. Criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of services, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation or for failure of any transport mechanism to arrive or depart on time.

They are many inherent risks in adventure travel of the type involved here, which can lead to illness, injury or any death. These risks are increased by the fact that these trips take place in remote areas or locations, far from medical facilities. Passengers assumes all such risks associated with participating in this trip.

Transfers are provided on arrival and departure from airstrips to lodge/ Campsite and only where specified in the itinerary.


Accommodation and arranged sight-seeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond Wild Africa Safaris control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued. Wild Africa Safaris also reserves the right to withdraw a tour or any part of it, to make such alterations to the itinerary or the tour inclusions as it deems necessary or desirable and to pass on to tour members any expenditures or losses caused by delays or events beyond its control. In case of any appreciable variation in the tour the price due to this circumstances, Wild Africa Safaris reserves the right to make adjustments to the tour costs as necessary.


Specific requests should be advised at time of booking. Please note that every effort will be made to secure special requests, however they cannot be guaranteed. Certain special requests may require up-front payments.


Transportation will be as specified in the itinerary.


Baggage and personal effects are the owners risk throughout the tour and Wild Africa Safaris assumes no liability for loss or damage baggage insurance is strongly advised.


The full price includes planning, handling and operational charges and is quoted based on the current rates of exchange and tariffs. Park entrance fees as part of scheduled sight-seeing tours are also included in this price.


Wild Africa Safaris reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any program or part thereof and to use them for promotional purposes. By booking a program with Wild Africa Safaris, travellers agree to allow their images to be used in such photographs. Travellers who prefer that their images not to be used are asked to identify themselves to Wild Africa Safaris and they will be exempted from this photography waiver clause.
