Botswana Transfers – minimum 2 persons

• Clients will need their Passports and where necessary, a Visa to enter Botswana.
•  The clients Visa must be purchased in advance from a Botswana High Commission and Visa fees are not included in our transfer rates.
• Our transfers to and from Botswana are operated at pre-scheduled times and the journey from Victoria Falls to Kasane is approximately 1½ hours, including border formalities.

Zambia Transfers – minimum 2 persons

• Clients will need their Passport and where applicable, a Visa to enter Zambia.
• Visa fees are not included in any of our rates and clients can purchase their Visas directly at the Border upon crossing.
• Please budget one hour for the Victoria Falls to Livingstone Airport transfer to allow for border formalities.

Special Note for all Zambian – Botswana transfers.

• Clients are ferried across the Zambezi River by small speed boat to the Botswana riverbank where they are met by 4×4 Game Drive vehicles that transfer the clients to their final destination.
• Please make sure all clients travelling between these 2 countries are aware of their mode of transport in advance.

Departure times: All transfer departures are allocated according to the flight or hotel check in times or check out times, border crossing times or scheduled trips.
